Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These terms apply to AI Helper's website and business AI employee services. A signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
The service
AI Helper configures AI-assisted business workflows, such as voice, sales, support, and operations agents. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions, promises, pricing, contracts, or other external actions made by your business.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions, protect account credentials, use the service lawfully, and ensure that your use of calling, recording, messaging, and personal data complies with applicable law. You must obtain any notice, consent, or approval required before an agent contacts, records, or processes information about another person.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to deceive or impersonate people, make unlawful or discriminatory decisions, send spam, collect payment credentials, process sensitive data without authorisation, infringe rights, or interfere with the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party AI, speech, transcription, and telephony providers can affect availability. We may change or suspend a feature to address security, legal, or operational needs.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing terms, and cancellation terms are those agreed with the business owner. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable for service already delivered.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI Helper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made using AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
