AI Helper provides business AI employees, including voice agents. This policy explains the data used to operate those services.

Data we process

We may process contact details, caller-directory records, call recordings or transcripts where enabled, call metadata, messages submitted through the website, business instructions, and service logs. Caller-directory knowledge is limited to the relevant business account and is used to give its agent context during a call. Do not provide payment-card details, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive data unless we have agreed in writing that it is needed and can be handled safely.

Why we use it

We use data to provide the requested service, configure and improve an agent, create call summaries, prevent misuse, troubleshoot faults, meet legal obligations, and communicate with the business owner.

Service providers

Depending on the enabled service, data may be processed by Groq (language processing), Rumik (speech generation), Telnyx (telephony, messaging, and recordings), and AssemblyAI (transcription where enabled). Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

Audio generated for a call is automatically deleted after six hours. Call records and transcripts are retained in the service database while they are needed to operate the account or meet legal obligations. Access is limited to the account owner and authorised service operators. We use TLS in transit and do not sell personal data.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data, subject to applicable law and the business owner's instructions. Business owners are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and any required notice or consent before they direct an agent to process another person's data or place a call.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Necessary authentication or session cookies may be used to keep authorised users signed in to protected areas. Your browser or third-party providers may still process technical data necessary to deliver their services.
