Acceptable Use

You must use AI Helper only for legitimate business purposes and in line with applicable law, including rules on privacy, direct marketing, telemarketing, recording, and consumer protection.

You must not

• pretend an AI agent is a person or use it to mislead, harass, threaten, or defraud;
• place unsolicited or unlawful automated calls or messages;
• collect payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through an agent unless expressly agreed and legally authorised;
• use an agent to make binding commitments, pricing decisions, legal advice, employment decisions, or safety-critical decisions without qualified human review;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or provider restrictions; or
• use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Enforcement

We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe use creates a security, legal, financial, or reputational risk. We may preserve relevant records where required to investigate misuse or comply with law.
